Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Generating Database (of targeted customer segment/area)
  • Generating leads across globe.
  • Contacting senior level management for project requirements.
  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
  • Schedule sales activity. Leads Generation, tele-calling & inside selling experience is required.
  • Develop and maintain a customer database, sales and promotional materials.
  • Should have good knowledge of mailing campaigns, Microsoft office and lead generation for both domestic and international market.
  • Maintain sales activity records. Follow up on sales activity.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
  • Handling bid management, sales support, proposal formulation/ management, RFI/RFP response through in-depth understanding of the enterprise sales process and the key sales drivers.
  • Project Management, Technical Analysis, Requirement gathering, Proposal Writing, Source and develop client referrals.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Client interaction, requirement gathering & submitting the requirement to the Technical Person.
  • Should be versed of reporting Weekly and Daily to the managers.
  • Self-starter, dedicate, polite & understand the importance of sales target. Can perform well into work –pressure.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Should be fluent in English.
  • Microsoft office, internet, android, IOS, etc.
  • Proactive and results-driven
  • Good Project management skills.
